Spectra Analysis asked Robert DeFelice & Associates (RDA) to create a high value, sophisticated look and feel for its advanced Discovir-GC IF spectrometer.

The sample chamber and internal components required a slightly off-center orientation that doesn't detract from the sleek, silver bezel with distinctive ribs and sculpted, concave bezel that is pressure formed ABS.  The sample chamber door is sloped at 10 degrees for easier opening and additional styling.

The internal components are easily assembled to an aluminum frame that's enclosed is a light-weight, lift-off rear cover.

​

RDA created all of the handsome styling plus mechanical engineering and manufacturing documentation for the plastic bezel and internal packaging.
