Andover Controls asked us to create a sleek, wall-mounted security alarm system to improve sales appeal.  It included multiple signal stations similar to an electrical fuse box.  

 

Our design solution of creating plane changes and ribbed pattern were stylish enhancements beyond traditional, flat-front metal boxes.  While the main body was steel, the handsome, hinged door was molded of rugged polycarbonate (plastic). 

 

We provided a complete package of handsome styling, efficient mechanical packaging of internal components, mechanical engineering of the molded door with lock and minimum fasteners, COTS hinge and all DFMA documentation  and vendor recommendations.
